Affiliate Program Policy

Seducify AI, operated by Pixelheads B.V., offers an affiliate marketing program that allows participants to earn commissions by referring new users to our platform. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and guidelines for participating in our affiliate program.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to participate in the Seducify AI Affiliate Program:

You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must have a valid website, blog, social media account, or other online platform that does not contain objectionable material.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You must complete the application process and be approved by our affiliate team.

2. Commission Structure

Our commission structure is as follows:

40% commission on all purchases made by your referred users during the first 30 days after approval.
30% lifetime commission on all purchases made by your referred users after the initial 30-day period.

Commissions are calculated based on the net purchase amount (excluding taxes and fees). Commission rates are subject to change with notice to affiliates.

3. Tracking and Cookies

We use cookies to track affiliate referrals. When a user clicks on your affiliate link, a tracking cookie is placed on their device with a 30-day duration. If the user completes a purchase within this period, you will receive credit for the referral.

Please note that if a user clicks on multiple affiliate links, the first affiliate will receive credit for the referral.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed according to the following terms:

Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
Payment schedule: Monthly (by the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings)
Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods available in your region
Commission payments are considered final after 60 days from the date of the referred purchase, allowing for potential refunds or disputes

5. Promotional Guidelines

When promoting Seducify AI through your affiliate links, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

You may not engage in false, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices.
You may not represent yourself as an employee or official representative of Seducify AI.
You may not use spam, unsolicited emails, or any illegal marketing methods.
You may not use trademark bidding or brand bidding in pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
All promotional materials must comply with our brand guidelines.
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Seducify AI in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Self-referrals or creating multiple accounts to generate commissions.
Offering cash rebates, rewards, or incentives for using your affiliate link.
Using cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other deceptive tracking methods.
Promoting Seducify AI on websites containing adult content, gambling content, hate speech, or any illegal material.
Purchasing domains that contain variations or misspellings of "Seducify AI" or related terms.
Sending traffic through adware, toolbars, or other automated methods without prior approval.

7. Term and Termination

The affiliate agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until terminated by either party. Seducify AI reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violation of any terms outlined in this policy.
Inactivity for a period of 6 months or more.
Engaging in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
Conducting activities that could be harmful to Seducify AI's brand or reputation.

Upon termination, you will receive any pending commissions that have reached the minimum payout threshold, provided the affiliate relationship was not terminated due to fraudulent or prohibited activities.

8. Modifications to the Program

Seducify AI reserves the right to modify any terms of the affiliate program, including commission rates, payment methods, and eligibility requirements. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via email and will take effect 30 days after notification, unless otherwise specified.

9. Compliance with Laws

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials
CAN-SPAM Act and other marketing communication regulations
Relevant tax laws in your jurisdiction

10. Limitation of Liability

Seducify AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the affiliate program or inability to participate. This includes loss of revenue or anticipated profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
