Seducify AI (the "APP") operates as a platform where all content is generated purely through artificial intelligence (AI) technology. No real individuals are involved in the creation, depiction, or production of any images, videos, or other materials available on the APP. As such, all content accessible through our platform is entirely fictional and does not portray actual persons.

Because no real human beings are featured or engaged in any of the content creation, the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) does not apply to Seducify AI. We are not required to maintain records of age verification or other related documentation under this law.
